Can a bad egr solenoid cause skipping? How can I test it?
I don't know much about cars/trucks. I have a 1993 Ford F150 302. It has really bad skipping. I've tried pretty much everything the forums have told me to try. Can the egr solenoid cause my truck to skip, roughly idle? How can I test it? I don't have the money to just go out and try it. There are two little places where air can go to the vacuum hose from the solenoid. The one connected to the black wire lets air through, but the one connected to the green wire doesn't. Does that mean anything? Please and thank you.
It's a 1992. Typo sorry.
Complex issue research from search engines like google this could help

- Can a bad thermostat in a car cause the tempature guage in the dash to not work? Or is the guage itself broke? I have a 1991 Ford ranger and have no idea if the engine is overheating because the gauge doesn't work. Thermostat or gauge? Of its the gauge do I have to replace the whole cluster?
