I have a question regarding automobile fuses?
I have a question regarding automobile fuses. I recently bought a 2002 Ford explorer. It's a bit of a basket case. When I got it the dash lights didn't work. I changed the fuse and it started working again, but the fuse keeps blowing. I have looked all over this vehicle to find any loose or bare connections to no avail. This is where it gets tricky… Now when the fuse blows the interior lights keep working, but the turn signals stop. I'm somewhat mechanically literate, but this one has me stymied. Any ideas out there?
Get a wiring diagram and find what else is on that circuit. Call your local library and ask if they have Alldata online. They have excellent wiring diagrams.
