What's the difference in the level of the errors, here? Obama said there were 57 States and that Ford invented the automobile. Trump said?
Airports instead of seaports or just ports.
It looks like the same basic thing.
Slip of the tongue.
How can libs make such a big deal out of one without seeing that the other is almost identically the same kind of error?
.
Trump's number of gaffes is endless.
Because one of them said he was a very stable genius and the other did not. I'll let you guess which one is which
No difference. Now when the Obama haters stop thinking Obama actually doesn't know how many states there are maybe the airport and Sherman tank jokes will end.
Saying they captured the airports in the Revolutionary War is a huge screw up.
Planes didn't exist back then, Airports didn't even exist back then
Everyone knows that all of those things were just slips. Just a bunch of unhinged angry people jump all over it whenever the opportunity arises
Because Trump does it repeatedly, almost every time he says something it has inaccuracies, rambling statements that make no sense and really crazy statements, many showing he simply does not know what he is talking about.
Just yesterday in his speech he claimed the revolutionary army 'took over airports' from the British during the revolutionary war in the late 1700s. The first flight in a plane did not happen for more than another hundred years.
He also said Cornwallis was of Yorktown. Nope, Cornwallis was British. He said the Battle of Baltimore was during the Revolutionary War. Nope, it was War of 1812.
In January he claimed in a press conference "When during the campaign I would say, 'Mexico's going to pay for it,' obviously I never said this and I never meant they're going to write out a check." At least Obama remembered what he promised during the elections.
Just a few weeks ago Trump claimed his father was born in Germany, Fred Trump was born in New York. If an older relative of mine did not remember where their own father was born, I would be seriously concerned about their health.
Plus of course the main difference between this and the last president, when Obama made a mistake, he admitted it.
- Why is it that Trump supporters are calling Dr. Ford a liar when they were not there and don't know what happened? Many victims of sexual assault are so traumatized that they don't tell anyone for decades. And why would she come forward before he was nominated for the SC? There was no reason to.
- Who is a better President, Obama with a 1.5 percent GDP, or Trump with a current 4.9 percent GDP? GDP Averages - US Dept. Of Commerce Johnson 5.3 percent, Kennedy 4.3 percent, Clinton 3.9 percent, Reagan 3.5 percent, Carter 3.3 percent, Eisenhower 3.0 percent, (post-WWII average of 2.9 percent) Nixon 2.8 percent, Ford 2.6 percent, Bush 41 2.3 percent, Bush 43 2.1 percent, Truman 1.7 percent, Obama 1.5 percent My Good Witch of The North Pose
- Trump mixed up the Star Spangled Banner - written during the War of 1812 - with the Revolutionary War. Anyone remember Obama saying? Henry Ford invented the automobile? Kinda comes with the territory of very long speeches, sweltering conditions and more distractions than most of us would dare tackle.
- After driving Ford Ranger, high mileage, 10 miles and at normal operating temp, I park overnight on level concrete floor. I check oil level? Next day before starting and when I pull dipstick out, oil level is at full mark. I wipe the dipstick clean and re-insert and check oil level again, the oil level is down about 1/8th inch or so. I check it once more and get same reading. Is the crankcase full or do I need to add some oil? Just to be clear, since this is an older Ranger with over 170,000 miles, I use high mileage oil and I check the oil level regularly. It doesn't use oil after just 10 miles of driving.
