How to replace a brake light bulb on a 2005 ford explorer?

How do I replace a brake light bulb on a 2005 ford explorer?

Go to rear of the explorer lift the gate find out if the right or left is out if it is the right pull carpet back look for 4 screws remove bracket will fall back check if bulb is black if it is if it is replace it with new one good luck

  • Dome light bulb is too small? I bought some LED bulbs for my Ford Taurus. They work but the bulbs are a little too small. The ends barely touch the metal contacts in my dome light assembly.   • What's wrong with my 2002 Ford Mustang ABS light bulb? I own a 2002 Ford Mustang and recently I was replacing my ABS light bulb but the bulb I put in won't work. I turn the car on and let it run it's self test and the ABS light doesn't turn on. It won't turn on during self-test or after, it's as if the ABS light bulb is pulled out but I just put a new one in there? And the old bulb doesn't work either now. Do I need a new bulb? Or when a bulb is removed does it break the speedometer? Do I need a new speedometer now?
