You could, but why would you want to? The 30mm wider tire would not do you any favors. The extra undue width would create additional resistance to the road surface. That additional resistance would decrease your acceleration and braking ability, lessen your cornering responsiveness, and reduce your fuel economy. There would be no benefit in going with such an over-sized tire.
