99 fors explorer engine problems with fuel?

Recently in the dark of the night i hit a semi tire with the rim on it. It hit the right side of my car and destroyed 2 rims and tires and shut down the fuel system. We saw no major mechanical damage upon hauling it back home. Fuel system shut itself off. We activated tha again. We had an additional set of rims and tires we put on the car. Turned it on and drove arou d the block. We have no major leaks fro. What qe could see. Ever fluid is on level. We had to start the car back up 10 times to make it around the block. Anyone got any ideas o. What it could be?

Depending on the model, there's probably a fuel pump inertia cut off switch that needs to be reset under the passenger side kick panel with a big red button that needs to be pushed in to reset. It sound like you reset it so the issue is impossible to diagnose via the internet with simplicity.
