1993 ford explorer Eddie starting problem?
We replaced the fuel pump with a junkyard one and has run fine but when ever we fill it full with gas the car will run for a while then break down and not start till it decided it wants to start up again. What's causing this and how to fix it please help.
There are many things that could cause your problem one of which is a junk yard fuel pump. Until you test for fuel pressure and spark you will get the bull you are getting from Glen.
Some of these issues are created by people that top off their tanks, which floods the evaporative system. No breathing for the tank.

- 96 ford ranger starting problem? I have a 96 Ford Ranger 4.0L 6cyl. Manual. It just started having this problem. It starts up good and runs good. After driving awhile and i go into a store and come back out to start it… It starts up then acts like it wants to die, i press the gass and put it into gear and drive, after that its good until i stop it again. Any ideas?

- Car cuts out whilst starting a couple times and also because if being revved fully after starting? So yeah, it does that from starting cold i think. It has been suggested that its my Idle air control valve but i've cleaned that out and it still does it. Also replaced spark plugs. Its a Ford Fiesta 1998. However, it idles fine as soon as I've moved the car. So even when stopped it is fine as long as i have driven it since start up. The issues only happen on start up. Any ideas?
