Should I get cloth seats or leather seats?

I'm debating between the 2003 Ford Expedition XLT and the 2003 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer. The Expedition XLT will have cloth seats and a front bench seat. The Expedition Eddie Bauer will have leather seats and a front bucket seats. Should I go for the Expedition XLT with the cloth seats and front bench seat? Or should I go for the Expedition Eddie Bauer with the leather seats and the front buckets? I like them both. Please list pros & cons for me. Thanks everybody.

Added (1). I forgot to mention I will drive it in college and my friends would pile in. I want easy to clean and lasts forever. It can't stain or hold smell. My car will look showroom new. I'm not joking. I'm going to be a college student who respects his car and takes extremely good care of it. Can I get cleaner that makes my truck smell like new car?

Added (2). What interior color should I go for black with gray accents or tan?

Leather:
Pros…
-Heat/cool fast
-looks nicer
-wipe off food/spills
-tougher to tear
-repels odours
Cons…
-can scratch easy
-less colour options
-more expensive to replace.

Fabric:
Pros…
-holds heat longer
-soft

Cons…
-tears easier than leather
-absorbs odours/liquids
-gets dusty

I'm kind of bias I enjoy leather better.

Leather makes you sweat friend… Get cloth. Trust me.

Leather can be very cold in winter, but it wears forever. It's your choice.

Black leather seats are the worst thing ever to sit on during a hot summer day. Talk about HEAT, you'll cook the back of your legs sitting on a hot black leather seat. Cloth won't do that.

Here's the thing. When a car comes equipped with leather seats that generally means it is a high optioned vehicle. It will have more high end options than a car without leather. They don't put leather seats in a low option vehicle. So along with those leather seats you;re probably getting a nicer stereo, nicer interior finishes on the dash and doors. Probably getting a sunroof too. You don't see those high end luxury options in a cloth car.

But do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy black leather seats. It is the worst option for interior comfort. Choose tan or light gray, not black.

Contrary to popular belief leather is just slightly more durable than cloth. It wears out and and tears over time just like cloth.
