Check voltage at the motor. If it's there when you switch it on, the motor is the culprit. If not, you'll have to trace back.
Wiring.
1) Faulty wiper switch. Faulty wiper motor. Faulty wiring.
2) Faulty window switches, motors or wiring.

There's a second fuse box under the hood, 'usually' close to the battery, called the power distribution box. There's one fuse in there that feeds ALL of the dash board circuits.
Check the second fuse box, and if thats not it start diagnosis using the rule-out method

- Windows wipers stopped working I have a 53 plate Ford focus cmax and whilst driving in the rain the other day the window wipers just stopped working. So when finally got home I changed the fuse and it kept blowing so on the Monday took it to the mechanic and he had it for a week and a half and they are still not fixed. He has checked the motor, wiring, fuse box and they are all fine. Before he had it you could hear the relay clicking when you flicked the switch but now you don't? Any advise would be very grateful.
