What could be wrong with my car? - 2
I have a 2003 ford escort zx2 sport and it won't start or start for a few seconds and sounds like it's out of gas and the pump is working you can hear it when the key is in the on position and I took the fuel filter out but it seems like there's fuel going through it just fine because I can't turn the car on to de pressurize so What was still in the line came out the other end of the filter
Lots of possible reasons
- My 99 ford Taurus has a milky brown fluid in the coolant tank. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong? The engine oil is fresh, with no milky color. It is an amber brown. the tranny fluid is pink/red my car will start, however it will not leave park. The gear shift will move but the car will not leave park. someone said it could be my head gasket however the car NEVER ran hot nor did it have any white smoke. ill take any suggestions or help offered.
- My mechanic put 5w30 oil in my ford ranger instead of 5w20. What could go wrong? Took my 2007 2.3L ford ranger in for an oil change, and they put 5W30 oil in it instead of the 5W20 that is shown in the book. Will this cause any problems, should i call them and have it changed/?
- I have a 99 ford ranger that won't start. What could be wrong with it? None of the lights work, lock buttons won't work, absolutely nothing works. I tried jumping it and that didn't work. The truck doesn't make the clicking noise when i try to start it. I know nothing about cars. I just want a general idea of what could be wrong. I don't like going to mechanics without a vague idea of what could be wrong. I've had mechanics do a lot of stuff that didn't need to be done and it costed way to much
- Anyone possibly know what could be wrong with my brakes? I was driving home from work and out of nowhere the pedal sinks down to the floor. I tried bleading the breaks and that didn't work. My truck is a 98 ford ranger xlt 4 cylinder. I can't take it to a shop now cuz it has no brakes.
