Things to make my car less boring?

I have a 2017 Ford Escape S (base model). I bought this car because I was looking for a small suv that was cheap and new. It had decent features than what I previously had in a 2007 Focus. After a year I'm bored and I'm starting to look at other vehicles but I need to save my money and not spend it. I've already tinted the windows and I considered a aftermarket sunroof but I'm scared it's going to leak so I'm not even going to bother with that. The wheels are steel with plastic covers. I've considered rims but again I'm cheap and those are expensive. What else do you think I should do? It's black btw so the deep tint on it makes it look decent

Do nothing to it except maintenance and keeping it looking like new. Anything else will be wasted money and won't add a cent of value to it. Nobody but you cares your car is boring so stuff your ego and live with it

Trade it in for a Mustang. As they always say, you can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig.

It is all about the accessories. Anything you do to the vehicle will not increase its resale value and may even decrease the value, so you want to think CHEAP Accessories. I would get a can or Rustoleum RED spray paint and some painters tape. Mask off some racing stripes on the vehicle and paint you up some red racing stripes. You could get one of those signs that hang in the back glass. Something like "AR-15 On Board" or similar. After you get that taken care of, it it time to think BUMPER STICKERS. You might get something like "My Fat Girlfriend Can Smother Your Girlfriend". You can find thousands of bumper stickers online and even get custom ones made.

"I want to be noticed"?

No, you don't. When it's being used for its primary purpose -- driving -- you want to draw as little attention to yourself as possible.

Drive it next to a Prius.

  • What's a good year to buy a used 4cyl Ford Ranger for around or less than $2000? I'm in the market for a used ford ranger. I'm looking for the extended cab with a 4cyc engine. I've got less than $2000 to spend, my question is what's a good year to look for with that engine, and maybe some bad years to avoid? Btw, I live in los angeles, CA. So I'm not worried about rust, or it being to old, if it was maintained well is the main thing. I know at that price range I can't expect much.
  • A newer car with more miles or an older car with less mileage? I have a 1995 honda civic ex coupe with 176,800 miles on it. It's been leased the first few years then my friend drove it until now some city driving some not, I've also put $2000 into it; new radiator, new belts, axle fixed etc. A client then gave me a 2001 ford ranger with 198,000 miles on it. I believe it hasn't had much city driving and it's also had two owners. I think both have gotten into very minor accidents. What car do I keep?
  • Sporty cars with fwd for less than 15k? Does anyone know any good sporty cars, preferably coupe or convertible types that have fwd or awd for less that 15k. I like Ford Mustang, Subaru BRZ, Nissan 350z, Etc. But they're all rwd.
  • Can't get the key less remote on 2000 Ford Mustang? I have two keyless remotes for my car and both don't work when I'm outside my car… HOWEVER, it works perfectly fine when my driver side door is open. When I lock it with the door open, it honks twice instead of once to confirm the alarm is armed. Anyone have any idea how to fix this, or just any possible problems?
