Sunroof opened wet car

Okay so I have a 2014 ford escape and my dumbass left the sunroof opened before I realized this it poured pretty good, So my question is what's the best way to get the water out? My floor is covered with Weather tech floor mats so they are dry, my seats are soaked and it's only the front two seats. I'm more worried about the electronics obviously there's a lot of controls they didn't get drenched in water and my sunroof closed okay but does anyone know if they will stop working or if they might be okay? I don't think much water actually got on the more splashing up there! I need some advice to clean it!

Vacum and pat try standing water then leave the window open for a couple of days and let it dry out before using electronics you have suspected of getting wet.

Vacuum as muck out as you can and if it's not raining yet open all the windows and put some fans in it.

Vacuum it out as much as possible, the get a hair drier out use it on the seats, rugs etc.

First of all, I have made the mistake on more than one occasion. If it is not my sun roof, it's the window that I forget to roll up. Dry up the all the water on the electronic/hard surfaces first. The longer the water sits, the higher the risk of it damaging something. In this type of situation, the electronic equipment will be spared from drowning. Take your escape to the nearest car wash and vacuum out of the seats VERY thoroughly, to the point of being completely dry or only slightly damp. Doing this will usually absorb all of the excess water that typically will become stagnant and smell with in a couple of days. If you do start to notice a wet/sour smell, taking it to someone who can detail or renting a steam cleaner will solve the problem. Hope this helps, best wishes!
