Ontario Vehicle customization laws?
Need help on some laws, i wanna do a front end customization on my ford escape and would like to know if there's any law books on exterior customization.
Just a fun project and don't wanna get caught up in legal issues.
anyways thank you for your help.
No restrictions, Harley, as long as your vehicle can still pass Ontario vehicle inspections and registration requirements. That's the detail you need to be learning.

But for damn sure your insurance provider is going to need to be privy to any mods you perform.
Yes there's laws on books in Ontario. And yes, those books laws do mentions customization of vehicles. But seriously, you wouldn't understand that stuff.
Provincial legislation is a highly complex and technical topic, so technical and complex that entire teams of experienced lawyers need months and years just to figure out what the details actually mean in a court of law.
You, on the other hand, are barely able to construct basic coherent sentence. For you, understanding the details of provincial legislation is the same as trying to pick fly sh*t out of pepper while wearing boxing gloves and a blindfold.
There ARE NO LAWS against customizing a vehicle, as long as your custom work continues to meet the standards required for vehicle safety… Headlight color and placement, bumper height, etc.
No
Ain't no laws
The link above explains pocket bikes can't use the road. The link below more info on licensing.
Dirt bikes can only cross the road after checking traffic (unless you live in norther ontario where they can ride on the road).
A lot of City's and towns ban motorized vehicles on side walks.
That leaves you with private property, where you have permission. Get a scooter or motorcycle and licence, and start with training! A dula purpose motorcycle will do dirt and street.
\you can learn to ride in an off road training course, they often supply everything from bike to equipment and are really fun, and will likely help with insurance.

G's post above is correct. Please don't modify your Ford Escape; it's a perfectly good vehicle, and modifications will ruin your resale value (and your class standing).

- What are my chances of getting a loan from Ford for a 60K vehicle (600 credit score) and I make 98K a year? I have two credit cards both 10% utilization, and two loans approx 20K all together with payments at 350 each, rent is 600 a month and that is all I pay.
- Is a face lift for a vehicle a new generation for a vehicle? I heard that in 1989 Ford Ranger received a facelift but was a new generation or just a minor update that did not change the complete model of the vehicle?
- What is the Dodge equivalent of the Ford Mustang as for Customization? So i have a 95 Ford Mustang and their are TONS of performance and appearance options for it how ever i'm a Huge Dodge fan and would prefer a dodge to customize. Also i'm looking for something with a Manual Transmission and it has to be a V8.
- Thinking about what kind of vehicle i want to get? In not sure if I want to get a old ford pick up truck or a volts wagon bug old or new or save and get a new chevy camero or ford mustang which would be better to have in missouri
