My car battery new and i've try reset the car it still won't start. I was told anti theft have locked the car that it won't star?

Anti theft has a memory that gets erased when there's no power. Swapping batteries will kill the power long enough for it to erase. You need your owner's manual. Or find the info on line.

Then try your spare key.

See page 61 of the owner's manual (copy in source.) It only says a message "may" appear in the information center, so there's nothing to disprove your suspicion. If the passive anti-theft is mad it will take an automotive locksmith or the dealer to get it back on track. GM has some weak security but Ford does not.

If none of your keys work, a last ditch thing to try is to disconnect the battery again for a few minutes, then reconnect it, making sure you don't "bobble" the connection. It's a long shot but easy to try. I agree that it seems to be the anti-theft system.
