Is a ford escape, nissan murano, nissan rogue or hyandai santa fe a good car for my first car?

I would get it as a used car and when I'm 16

Subaru.awd and great mpg

I would choose a Nissan Murano myself.

Uh - they are all mini SUVs. Do you live North, and need AWD / 4WD? If not, get a Ford Fusion, or Honda Accord.

They are all decent cars. I'd suggest getting something that has low mileage and something that your mechanic can look and make sure there's not any existing mechanical issues. One thing you may want to consider is that with them being SUV's they are harder to see out of and can be a little more difficult for a new driver to get used to so you may want to consider a smaller car (like a Ford Fusion or Subaru Impreza with AWD, if you need AWD) because it will be easier to see out of and maneuver as a new driver. A Nissan Murano and Hyundai Santa Fe are both midsize SUV's and larger than Ford Escapes, and a Nissan Rogue. I have a Nissan Rogue and it took me a while to get used to, especially since coming from driving a Hyundai Elantra because the back window isn't terribly low and can be a bit hard to see out of, but I will say that I do like my Rogue even though it's not as easy to maneuver and see out of as a smaller car.

  • Can a 2012 Nissan Rogue tow a 1999 Ford Mustang? I'm moving to California and have two cars. I plan on driving the Rogue and towing the Mustang, but I don't know much about cars and their limits. If I rented a trailer and put the car in there would that make it easier for the rogue to tow?
  • Toyota Corolla, Nissan Sentra, Nissan Altima, Ford Focus, Kia Forte? I'm having a really hard time choosing between which car I want. I'm 22 years old, I'm in college. I want a car that's fast, reliable, good on gas, and one that's able to keep its value.
  • Which car is a good first car? I'm a 16 year old guy and I'm currently looking for a car. I'm used to driving trucks and SUVs. The height helps avoid bumps. I don't want to sit on the ground. I need 4WD for the winter. I found 3 SUVs that I'm really interested in. -2000 Ford Explorer XLT -2004 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer -2005 Ford Expedition Limited -1999 Lincoln Navigator Which one is best? Which one should I get and why?
  • Is a 2013 ford escape a good first car? It's a deep impact blue 2013 ford escape SE. It is well equipped with myfordtouch and heated front seats. It's the 1.6 ecoboost (only 178HP) and FWD. It's belongs to my sister now and it has less then 20,000 Kilometers on it. It's for next year when I turn 16. I just want to know if it's a safe and reliable vehicle that's good on fuel.
