16 with g2 can I drive a company vehicle?
I'm currently 16 with my g2 license in Ontario. My grandfather owns a business and has a couple trucks (2005 Ford F-350 and a 2006 dodge Dakota) I was wondering if I could borrow one of them for the weekend and be covered and everything. I also am on my mothers insurance as a occasional driver if that helps.
Class G2
Level Two of graduated licensing. Holders may drive Class G vehicles without accompanying driver but are subject to certain conditions.
Class G
Allowed to drive any car, van or small truck or combination of vehicle and towed vehicle up to 11,000 kilograms provided the vehicle towed is not over 4,600 kilograms. A pickup truck towing a house trailer exceeds 4,600 kilograms, but the total combined weight of the truck and trailer does not exceed 11,000 kilograms is deemed a Class G vehicle. A Class G vehicle has a maximum capacity of 11 passengers.
- Is a face lift for a vehicle a new generation for a vehicle? I heard that in 1989 Ford Ranger received a facelift but was a new generation or just a minor update that did not change the complete model of the vehicle?
- 1997 Ford Ranger 4.0 V6 won't shift into drive after being driven. Takes longer than should to shift into drive when first started? It will go in reverse fine. First thing in the morning when I leave for work, it will shift into drive on it's own, but takes a bit longer than it should. After getting it warm, won't shift into drive at all. I can shift down to 1st or 2nd, then back into drive and it will "pop up" into drive within a second or 2. I also have a ODB2 error P1744 (Torque Converter circuit).
- How long can i drive without a heater core and can the fume be harmful? My heater core was damaged and has been removed from my car. Both hoses were sealed afterwards. I have a 1995 ford E150.
- Will the rental car company make me pay for less than minimal damage to my rental vehicle? I'm renting a 2019 Ford Flex and another car rolled into the back of my rental in a McDonald s drive through. The police inspected the car and said it's less than minimal damage. Me and the person who rolled into the back of my vehicle both have the same insurance company. Will the insurance company make the other person pay? There's 2 small scratches and a tiny cut to rear of the ford flex.
