Do you believe Dr. Ford or Brett Kavanaugh?

I'm with Brett

I believe him about the denial of the sexual assault, but not about his testimony regarding drinking in high school and university. He claims he never was so drunk that his memory was foggy or he couldn't recall with clarity what went on. I'm sure that must have happened at least on one occasion in his life.

Growing up in the 1980s, pretty much most teenagers and fraternity guys had a time where they got totally wasted. Certainly not every day or every week. But at least ONCE. He flatly denied ever getting totally flat out drunk.

He claims he threw up a lot just because he had/has a "weak stomach."

I think they're both telling the truth. I think it happened, and I think he doesn't recall the incident; being blackout drunk will do that to you.

Dr. Ford. As a woman who has endured sexual abuse from a highly respected individual who was intoxicated, I can relate to her experience and her distrust, pain, and fear.
She is a hero to many survivors who have had to watch their attackers move on while we carry this with us.

Brett. Ford can't even remember details or keep her story straight. She's nothing but a liar that belongs in jail.

The burden of proof is on Dr. Ford. She may have been assaulted in the past but Judge Kavanaugh and so-called witnesses deny that it happened.

I don't believe a single thing he said. His own yearbook paints a different picture than he wants us to believe. His own yearbook, his quotes, his choice of self-description.

Brett got much more emotional and combative.
