Gonna be using it to drive to work every day (30 minute drive) also my family startin our farm back up so gonna be pulling a trailer with 4 wheelers or couple cows in it for whenever go to auction barn or to pull a tractor trailer which would you get i know its up my choice and opinions but what would you pick
Added (1). ill be towing at the most 1 or 2 times a week
If you can find one, a F-250 with a 7.3L diesel. They are becoming rare because everyone is buying them up but are the best diesel Ford ever sold in one of their trucks, or a 1998.5 Dodge 2500 with a Cummins diesel 24 valve. The dodge will be more expensive, though if you can find one that was taken care of it should also take you far. If you will be towing regularly a diesel is a no brainer. Stay away from 6.0L and 6.4L Fords because they are known to have problems, as well as the 05+ dodges. I believe those are the ones that burn up turbos.
Ford truck because those tricks are pretty fuel efficient and the F250's and above are the BEST trucks for Ford (which we would see less often than the F150).
If you are planning on doing a lot of heavy hauling, the Dodge 2500/3500 Cummins diesel would be the best. If just normal tow and hauling any of the three in the 1500 gas series would do. All three manufacturers build GOOD trucks.
- Which American car company offers the best bang for your buck in terms of power? Chevy, dodge or ford? And specifically which car and model is it? I'm talking about the most power for the least money
- Should I get a diesel truck or a gas? I won't be hauling super heavy loads all the time but I will be pulling a 28 foot camper up to at least 8 to 10 times a year and a goose neck horse trailer with living quarters occasionally. Maybe a stock trailer here and there but no major 200+ miles. I've always wanted a diesel but I'm not sure if it would be the best for me. I've been reading about them and they sound like nothing but trouble and a money pit.

- F250 7.3 turbo diesel vs dodge cummins 6.7 or 24 valve? Who would win in a chain pull I drive the 7.3 and my buddy is a die hard cummins fan and believes his dad's cummins would pull my ford all over. What would actually happen.
