Anyone else not really shocked that now Ford does not want to show up to testify Thursday?
I think we're done with this. She has been given the opportunity to say her piece in a private or public hearing. If she does not show up, well, then that is that.
That is not that if the other accusers who are coming forward decide to testify.
We should have the FBI investigate to see if that is true.
She won't show up. She will claim its an unfair hearing and the liberal sheep will repeat it as gospel.
I'm not sure what the FBI would investigate unless there were similar charges filed against him or youthful crimes deleted from his record.
Some people really crave attention, and will say anything to get it. I think she will show up. Her attention-seeking lawyer will make sure of it.
Unsurprising. The GOP is desperate to get the deeply unpopular Kavanaugh on the bench, and is unwilling to allow for anything resembling an impartial investigation.
Why would she show up to be a target of further abuse?

- Why does Christy Ford's lawyer want Kavanaugh to testify first if they won't release any information to defend himself against? That makes no sense. The accused should be given the opportunity to face their accuser AFTER their accuser has testified. The way it stands now he would not be given the opportunity to counter anything she says.
