2006 Pontiac Solstice. Should I be concerned about parts availability? I figure you can get parts for a 1953 Ford so why not a 2006 Pontiac

Auto parts are manufactured for ten years after a vehicle is no longer manufactured. Most of the components on the solstice are used in other GM cars so they should be plentiful. Interior cloth may be only item you won't find, cloth is manufactured for seven years.
- How to figure out if an engine can fit inside a car? How can i tell which engines fit in which cars. Basically i wanna build up and upgrade an engine until i feel good with it then when i have enough money to restore an old car, i'll drop the engine into the older car. For example i could build up a 90's camaro then brop it in an older car, example-69 mustang
- How many miles can you get out of a well maintained 2006 Ford Mustang? I'm thinking of buying an automatic v6 mustang with 66k in the odometer for $9500… Will it last me throughout the next 4 years of college? Will it still run good well into the 150k miles?
- Should I get a Pontiac Grand AM GT or a Ford Focus? I found a 2003 grand am with no issues as I can tell and a 2003 focus zx3 hatchback with no issues as well. Which do you think would be the better deal since they are both around $3k?
- Should I get a 2006 Ford F-150 XLT or 2006 Chevy Silverado Z71? Which truck would be better… I need a tough truck to haul around kids (both are 4-door), a little off-road driving around the farm and fishing, pulling a 4k to 5k trailer. Which engine is better, Fords 5.4L or Chevys 5.3L? Is one transmission better than the other? Which will give me the least or most problems? All pros and cons appreciated, thank you!
