1990 ford truck has hot wires going to switch?

The ignition switch is used to power numerous electrical parts on the truck. If its anything like the Mustang ignition switch, it has several fusible links in the wiring harness leading to the starter relay(mounted on inner fender usually)eec power relay, blower motor, etc. If you're referring to the starter relay on the inner fender instead of the ignition switch, one cable runs from battery positive to left side of relay and the other large cable goes from the starter to the post on the right side of starter relay. What Ineed to know is the wires that are in the electric plug that goes up steering wheel shaft to the horn/turn signal assembly. How many of them stay hot all the time.
