My cars brake light goes on when i accelerate?

I have a ford 2001 escort sports edition, and i recently got my brakes fixed (new brake pads and calibers) and after a few weeks when i an completly stopped at a red light the accelerate, the brake light goes on for a few seconds and then will go off. And nothing feels wrong with the car.

Level in the master? Sticky master reservoir float?

I believe the calipers are unrelated, but I'm unsure where a sneak circuit between anything involved in accelerating the vehicle and the brakes lights would be.

Usually the brakes are on a circuit that is tied in the with foot pedal for the brake, either by a direct switch or one driven off of the hydraulic pressure for the brakes (such as on my motorcycle) and engine has circuits for the Engine computer, High voltage systems for the spark plugs (which is insulated) and various other circuits for the various cmponents like the EGR, fuel injectors (sometimes) etc.

My suggestion, do an inspection of the wires under the hood. Check for frayed wires etc. But also asking a mechanic for an inspection would be warranted

but are you sure this isn't a "safety feature" of the car?
