By replacing it with a modern car. It has "three on the tree," I think. That alone is incompatible with fast or cool.
Short of installing a 351C and a 4spd tranny with a 4:11 rear - nothing. At best it isn't especially interesting - and lipstick on a pig is still a pig - now if you had a 64 falcon convertible with 260v8 you would have something to start with that could be valuable.
