Can you put an upgraded stock radio in a Ford Fusion 2014?

I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion that was repairable, we got everything thing fixed but now the problem is that we bought it to a dealer to get the door code so that works and fix the radio. The radio oddly doesn't work. They said the radio was shot, and it would be like 700 to fix. However I have the non touch screen fusion its an SE EcoBoost but was wondering if I bought a my ford touch system like you find in the SE hybrids could you simply just plug it in? I could probably find that for a lot cheaper then doing that ford dealership thing.

By the time you've replaced the center stack and the gauge cluster (both are different of My Ford Touch equipped models), and gotten the wiring harness, and the touchscreen and logic boards for both the touch screen(s) and the gauge cluster, you're going to have spent a hell of a lot more than $700.
