I have a 2007 Ford Fusion with 6 CD Changer factory stereo + Sirius. Is there a way to remove Sirius and put an HD Radio module in instead?
I'm assuming the Sirius is a plug in unit to the factory stereo. If so, is there a plug in HD radio unit I can swap into it?
Not with the existing audio deck, no.
Yes, you can simply search for "Ford Fusion after market radios." Keep in mind, it is not simply a hot, ground and antenna arrangement anymore. There are buttons on the steering wheel with either FOUR or EIGHT controls for the radio. You want to get an after market radio system that hooks into those too. Fortunately the connections are standardized.
- Why is Ford Motor Company so racist they are canceling building a new factory in Mexico and chose to instead expand their plant in Michigan? By 700 jobs instead? What do these racists have against Mexicans? Is Ford Motor so racist they don't have any choice at all in the matter, they have to vote conservative? https://www.usatoday.com/...o6zLrdOeTk Cenj Uygur the Snarkster coming at you racist cons!
- Is there the way to reprogram or remove rev limiter? I have 2001 Ford Taurus ses and mines has rev limiter 5k rpm, and try to set to 6500 rpm would be perfect for accelerating or even more.
- What is the best touch screen stereo for a Ford Fusion 2007? I believe it is 7x4 where the stereo is now. I just want one where it will fit (obviously) and has aux jack. If there's one where you can watch DVDs that would be cool! Which ones do you suggest?
- What is the difference between a Electronic control module and Engine control module? I recently bought a cheap Ford Focus which was affected in floods… I got the water of the engine and pretty much all the places, all my lights and few other electronic functions work… But my engine doesn't turn on and my HUD is dead, but works on another car… What should i do?
