How much does it cost to have spark plugs changed I ford f150?

I just spent $ 300 to have the plugs & COP coils changed on my '02 Grand Marquis, Oil change & a front end lube. I provided the oil & the parts. And yes, my car does have grease fitting on the front end, because I put them there. My garage charges like $ 100 an hour, which is fairly normal.

Keep in mind that some year/engines of the later model F150s (5.4L) had issue with plugs breaking when removing the plugs. That can get very costly. Check out this link for some additional details.

Depends what the garage charges for labor but with such an easy job it would be 1000x cheaper to do it yourself

If it has a Triton motor it can cost as much as $1500. Ford screwed up badly when they designed the cylinder heads. There was too little material left around the spark plug threads. Plug were literally blowing out. Failure rate was approaching near 100%. If a plug did not blow, it was likely to strip out.

V6 or V8? What Year? What is the Engine? If you can't post that information how could you possibly get an estimate from anyone?

Just open your wallet, sign a blank check and take it to the dealer. You haven't given enough info for an intelligent response.
