Will the bolt pattern of 15 inch ford wheels match a buick?

Which Ford model did the wheels come from? Which Buick are you referring to?

The other thing to keep in mind is that the bolt pattern is only one part of the question. The other is rim offset which will ultimately determine whether you can swap rims from one vehicle to another.

Or you could just physically try it to see if it will fit…

No

Ford and GM do not have compatible wheel bolt patterns.

There's also offset and center bore diameter.

Nope

Unlikely. 'Small' Ford is 4.5 inch bolt pattern 5 bolt, truck 5 bolt can be a 5 some inch with large hole center- some interchange with Dodge, Plymouth and Jeep. Buick is GM 4 3/4 inch or maybe 5 inch and interchange with some chevy, other GMs. Chevy 6 bolt as used on 4x4, pickup and vans may fit some dodge or specialty fords - that 6 bolt pattern was a government standard for awhile and also Japanese government standard- small Ford Ranger Pickups from Mazda had that bolt pattern, so did Misubishi built Dodge and Toyota- Japanese 14 inch 6 bolt wheels and tires from pickups did direct fit on 1939 Chevy Sedan. Buick SUV with 6 bolt wheels MIGHT take Ford with 6 bolt wheels from similar vehicle that had the option- some of production lot made for government service or municipal sales and extras to be sold retail with same hubs. More Ford and odd Chrysler interchange than GM. Try fit and check with ruler first, other poster has advise to check offset, brake clearance.
