1989 Ford E350 7.5 Coachman Catalina # EFI-SD21E-12A650-AUA. Can someone please stear me in the rite direction Discounted and programmed Computer please. Not sure what all the #s are do i just need the 12A650-AUA #.

You'll need all the numbers to insure you get a match. I would like to know why you would think you need a computer, it is the most reliable thing in the vehicle.
Go to a Pick-and-Pull yard and get a used one from your same year vehicle! Or find one for sale by a auto recycling yard online.
