Why is my car vibrating and making noises?

When I turn the car on, it makes a loud noise. I hear the noise all throughout when I'm driving. When I'm at slow speeds, I don't' really hear the noise. Also, the car vibrates also. I feel it especially in the gas pedal. Not sure what's wrong/. Ford told me it was a motor mount and a mechanic said the exhaust needed to be changed. I did both and I still hear the noise and feel the vibration. What could be wrong? I'm running out of possibilities

The loud noise is likely a hole in the exhaust pipe, which is possible and will cause the noise and some vibration, but more so as you are starting to move, but somewhat disappears at higher speeds. Get the car up on a lift, and see if you can locate the hole, and replace that section of pipe.

Have a compression check run on all cylinders. Likely that you've got one or more cylinders that is not running well. Check the computer, see if it is throwing codes once in a while, as it's operating. Tires out of balance can do it, if it only occurs while your are moving, but not while it's idle, and sitting still.

The compression and engine timing are likely causes, after the tires and motor mounts.

This could be due to a worn driveshaft, and the slack being taken up when you accelerate. If it is this then you'd expect it to make a clacking noise when you turn tightly under power, such as when parking. It will only make the clacking noise when turning in the direction of the side which has the bad driveshaft under power, or the opposite side if in reverse. If it doesn't do this when cornering hard under drive then it's unlikely to be a driveshaft). If it is the driveshaft then it's dangerous and must be replaced.

It's difficult to say without hearing the noise for myself or having a better description of the noise, there's a few different things that could be causing this.
