Should the President check and confirm first with auto makers and other American companies before making official statements of their plans?

Germany was a little surprised trump didn't mention their factories located in the United States.
Facts don't matter with this president. He knows how dumb his followers are.
Hell, Trump doesn't even check with his own cabinet before mouthing off. Sad!
Facts never bother Il trumpo
Trump is not normal.a genius.
- Why don't car companies remake some of their classic car models if people like them so much? Of course safety is in mind because everyone would freak out if they didn't have a seat belt and air bags in every inch of the car, but why can't some of the companies just remake their best selling car models? Dodge could remake their 1948 Sedan and Ford could remake their 1949 Custom. I could list more but I can't think of any more classics.
- Should Sears and Ford HIRE Dotard McTiny as their CEO and get profitable again! If he can get Foreign Diplomats and American Lobbyists to? Pay $350.00/night to sleep in a tiny room in an old Post Office and keep it FULL and VERY PROFITABLE, don't you think that he could come up with an idea to save 40+ thousand American jobs?
- Is it collusion for companies in different industries to agree not to compete with each other? For instance, if completely different companies like Coca-Cola, Microsoft and Ford agreed never to compete with one another by not entering into each others markets (Coke agrees never to make computers, Microsoft agrees never to make cars, etc.), is that a form of collusion? Furthermore, would such an agreement be a violation of antitrust laws?
- Why is the media lying about Donald Trump and Ford's plans to keep jobs in America? They're basically claiming that they're keeping the jobs here because of Trump… Which is NOT true! "While on the campaign trail last year, President-elect Donald Trump attacked Ford's plans to move production of its Focus vehicle line to Mexico. The company said that Trump was likewise not responsible for its latest decision. "We didn't cut a deal with Trump. We did it for our business," said Ford CEO Mark Fields."
