Why can't America get cab-overs?

Some have been proven to be as safe as American trucks. They could have as powerful engines as American trucks. They have a better turning radius and visibility than American trucks. Isuzu already makes light-medium duty trucks for american roads, but why can't we have cab-overs as tractor-trailers?

Added (1). I always feel like American consumers think more about appearance than practicality, not only with tractor-trailers like mentioned above, but with pickup trucks, too. You don't need a V10 Deisel Ford F-450 with dual rear wheels and an 8-foot bed when all you 're ever going to do with it is going to Walmart to buy groceries. Just get a Honda Ridgeline if you want a truck.

I have no idea what a cab-over is. So what the hell so you mean?

Mechanics do not like them. You have to get the cab off almost every time to work on the engine.

Just one brand of American cab-overs
