Ford was pretty funny with his outburst

Rudy… Always thought he was a bit of an odd bird through the 1990s, but in the face of crisis he raised his game and I respected him for that…

… One of my favorite moments was on 9/11 when, during a press briefing, he said "I've heard that some shops around the city are already gouging people for food and other supplies… As big as this emergency situation is, don't think that I won't notice and have you thoroughly exposed and punished to the full extent of the law. I don't care who you are or what friends you think you have in the city…"

… Having lived in various other big cities where companies and the politicians in their pockets often profited from crisis, that moment impressed me…

Rudy was good back when he was mayor, but he's now lost all respect and credibility.

Ford was the Canadian Chris Farley.
Barry, was a not a leader and not as fun to watch as Ford.

None of those have ever been my favorite anything. Now, if you'd put another crook like Kwame Patrick in there I might have come up with an answer.

I knew Giuliani when he was Mayor, and responsible or some 9/11 deaths by putting NYC's emergency control center in the WTC. Ford was a drug addict

None of those Mayors had any effect on my life whatsoever.
