How to lower a 2001 Ford Taurus?

Don't worry the rear coil springs will break soon and that will lower it.
- What other vehicles have the same lower control arm/ ball joint assembly as a 2004-2009 Mazda 3? Trying to find a replacement at a junk yard, so far I know about the Mazda 5 which is compatible, wondering if there are any Fords that would have the same piece. A list of make/model/year would be great.
- What is the best way to lower my 2010 dodge ram? I just purchaced a 2010 Dodge Ram its a single cab v6, but i was wondering what would be the best way to lower it. I do have some lowering blocks i used on my old ford but was still curious what would be the best way to do it since the suspencion looks alittle different.
- Pay Cash at car dealership, lower price? Recently sold my truck, and have a good amount of money to buy a car from a delearship, like ford, chevy, etc… I have the chance of paying for the car I want in cash. I know if I do this I would be able to haggle down the asking price, my question is how much? Anyone from experience done this before? Or would I just be better off making a huge down payment and paying the rest off? Comments or stories would help.
