What other vehicles have the same lower control arm/ ball joint assembly as a 2004-2009 Mazda 3?
Trying to find a replacement at a junk yard, so far I know about the Mazda 5 which is compatible, wondering if there are any Fords that would have the same piece. A list of make/model/year would be great.
Why go to all that hassle when they are cheap as chips new from a motor factors?
- Is a joint venture car, like Geos, Vibes, Saturns/Honda, Ford/Mazda or Chrysler/Mitsubishi products rice burner or not? Geos and Vibes were GM/Japanese joint ventures and I read some Chryslers had Mitsubishi parts. Some Saturns had Honda engines. I think Mazda built some cars for Ford or some such, so in my family we called Mazda Japanese Fords, once. However, the cars carried Geo (later Chevy), Pontiac, Saturn, Chrysler (or one of its divisions) or Ford (not sure if Mazda made any cars for their Lincoln-Mercury division) badging.
- I have a Ford Fusion with a great working engine. Does this engine fit in other cars ala the Litter and Cylinder numbers are the same? I have a Ford Fusion 2009 that the body is kind of wrecked. So I'm looking for a new body. Does that has to be Ford Fusion or I can go for different ones? The engine is 2.3L/4Cylinders. I looked it up and Mustang and Mazda CX7 and etc have the same numbers.

- What is the difference between a Electronic control module and Engine control module? I recently bought a cheap Ford Focus which was affected in floods… I got the water of the engine and pretty much all the places, all my lights and few other electronic functions work… But my engine doesn't turn on and my HUD is dead, but works on another car… What should i do?
