Car having rough idling and acceleration problems?

Okay I need advice. I drive 2004 Ford taurus ses with dual over head cam 3.0 litre. I have been experiencing extremely rough idling and acceleration. There has been a noise coming from near the intake that sounds like a vacuum. The noise only shows up after driving for at minimum 4 miles however the noise goes away when accelerating. I have replaced both the EGR Valve and the IAC valve neither have fixed my problem. I do not have the money for a mechanic currently. If anyone recognizes this issue please let me know

What I'm thinking is the Throttle Position Sensor. Other causes that could be at fault are: MAP sensor, vacuum leak or a dirty throttle body.

I'd say the first two thing I would check FIRST are: the TPS and Vacuum Leak.

TPS would not cause rough idle--it causes a stumble on acceleration. This is a classic vacuum leak problem. Common leaks are the rubber elbow that hold the PCV valve

Stpaulguy ditto, classic vacuum leak, rubber elbows at the ends of the pcv hard lines, common Ford problem.

Look at all your vacuum lines while its idleing, follow the noise feel for air, look for collapsed hoses. Otherwise take it somewhere you won't get a accurate diagnosis over the internet for this
