What's the deal with Ford, why do they seem to be hated the most out of the big 3?
I do have a preference in what I drive. But that doesn't mean I won't drive something else. It seems Ford is always on the bad end of memes, jokes, criticism, etc. Is there a particular reason or reasons why that is? Please no fan-boys either. I'd like to hear from more unbiased people.
I do not own a Ford but I have years of hearing these jokes which mean nothing. You assume people hate Ford just because of some jokes you hear. Chevy folks do but that for sure has not hurt Ford's sales. Let's look at the facts. The number one selling vehicle of 2013 was the Ford F-Series truck and has been number 1 for 37 straight years. Ford sold 367,486 F Series trucks in 2013.
The number 7 best selling vehicle was the Ford Fusion with 161,146 sold
The number 10 best selling vehicle was the Ford Escape with 156,626 sold
The number 12 best selling vehicle was the Ford Focus with 134,785 sold
The number 20 best selling vehicle was the Ford Explorer with 101,243 sold
That means that in 2013 Ford sold almost 1 million of just these 5 models, Add in the Lincoln's, Fiesta, C Max, Taurus, Edge, Flex, Transit, Expedition, E -Series, and the Mustang that Ford sold and it is obvious that lots of people loved Ford. Don't always believe what you hear.
Seem like Chevy, GM (Government Motors)has all the millions of cars and trucks being recalled
not Ford
People are idiots. That's why.
In my circles it is exactly the opposite of what you are suggesting. Both Chrysler and GM are look at as being the inferior of the Big 3.
- Why is it a big deal if Trump's businesses lose more than 1 billion in a decade when entrepreneurs fail many times before they succeed? Many famous entrepreneurs went bankrupt or failed until they got their business right The important thing is that they ever gave up trying Bill Gates Steve Jobs The KFC man Mark Zuckerberg Henry Ford and many others failed before reaching success
- Why do the colors of average quality cars doesn't seem to be diverse enough? Brands like Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Ford, Acura, Kia, Dodge, etc. Tend to sell their cars with boring and opaque colors like gray, black, dark red and pretty much colors with no vividness. Don't you guys think they would sell more cars if they came up with more interesting colors like purple, yellow, green and other colors that could be more appealing to the eye?
- Why do they treat the second and third gen of mustangs as if they weren't there? What I mean is that ford example when the mustang fan page uploads pictures of mustangs they never upload second or third gen mustangs. Then when ford made a mustang trailer for the 2015 mustang they made a time lapse of how mustang evolved. They put in the 1st and 5th gen. In that one they happened to skip the fourth gen for some reason. And when you go on wikipedia to see how many mustangs they've sold they skip from the first gen to the fourth gen.
- If Ford really thought she was assaulted then why hasn't she contacted the Maryland police, they said last week they would investigate? If she did. Wouldn't that have but a crimp in Kavanaugh's confirmation to be the subject of a criminal investigation for sexual assault? Why hasn't she reported it to the police?
