Shoukd i worl for a ford or acura dealership?

I'm being offered a job as a lube team in an acura dealership getting pay 11$ an hour.

I'm being offered to work in a ford dealership as flat rate pay(meaning getting pay by the jobs i do) getting pay 16$ an hour but on flat rate.

I have worked as a techs helper for 1 year and a half.

I have a child with hearing loss and development delay.

What would be a better job for me?

What does "worl" mean.

$5 more an hour sounds better, but, that is dependent on how many jobs you do.

40 hours times $11 = $440 per week. So, you would need to figure the "average" jobs per day and the number of hours for "each" job to calculate if you would make more/less than $11 per hour.

If, I could guess, the one offering per jobs, would not be totally honest on how many jobs per day, nor hours, and only after you work there for a month or so, would know the true amount.

Or, what if the one per jobs, will only pay (X) amount in hours, and if you take longer to complete, will only pay the "average".

Another option is the benefits. How much would your health insurance be with either job? Or, the deductibles and copays? What about vacation, sick time (off for your child) do they have? Benefits can pay more, vs what they paid in hourly wages. I worked in 1 company years ago and paid $2,700 per year for my health insurance and the new job cost me $1,000 per year, so making $1,700 more in the new job.

If, both companies make an offer to work for them, then you can ask these questions, make a comparision to see which is better.

Is that what illiterate janitors make these days?
