Is it worth paying more for an Acura than a Honda?
Just curious? For example, is it worth spending about $7,000 more for a TLX than an Accord? My mom was just curious because she's considering buying either car. She was also considering the Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ and she wonders, are there more differences between the Accord and TLX or between the Fusion and MKZ? She was also surprised how the MKZ actually costs more than the TLX, as she told me Japanese cars usually cost more than American ones, or they used to.

Acura and Lincoln cars are more expensive than Honda and Ford. You're mom is buying a luxury car that eats premium gas weekly, and needs expensive change oil service and heavy maintenance. While a TLX or MKZ may seem sporty to drive, the Accord is the most reliable brand in between those luxury cars. Make sure your mom understands the facts first before buying a new car. I hope this helps! Buy an Accord with leather. Problem solved. Would you like to know the difference between an Accord and an Acura? None. Acura is simply an Accord with maybe a fancier interior. It's the same car. Opinion: It's personal preference. No The Honda and the Fusion will last just as long as the Acura and the Lincoln and cost slightly less to maintain and repair. The Acura and the Lincoln may have additional accessories over the Honda and Fusion but the cost difference is really just a social one. BUY AN ACCORD OR FUSION

- Why does my dad's ford escape seem more difficult to drive then my mom's honda civic? I do prefer how the civic drives compared to the escape. But the escape seems more difficult to turn or park. Why is that? I just got my permit by the way.
- Why would people buy a Honda CR-V when they can buy a more reliable Ford Edge? A Honda CR-V may last up to 250k miles but Ford Edge has a minimum lifespan of over 500k miles or more…
