Is the Volvo 2.3 engine the same as the ford ranger 2.3 engine
Is the Volvo 2.3 engine the same as the ford ranger 2.3 engine
LOL hell no. The Ranger used the Lima I4 which was made in Ohio. The B23 redblock Volvo engine was made in Sweden. They don't have anything in common other than both being SOHC, both having four cylinders and similar displacements.
- Will a 1993 3.0 Ford Ranger engine fit and work with my 1995 Ford ranger that has a bad motor? My 1995 ford ranger 3.0 5 speed ran hot and cracked the heads and spun a bearing. Will a 3.0 out of a 1993 Ford Ranger fit and work? My concerns are the 1993 has a distributor and my 1995 does not. Are the water pumps and accessories the same?

- I have a set of 17 wheels from a 2008 Volvo V50 are they ok to fit on a ford S max 2007? The wheels are 7"x17" and have the same 5x108 pcd, same 63.4 bore dia, and same offset of 50et. The wheels are fitted ok, I just want to know are there any legal reasons why they can't be fitted?
- I have a Ford Fusion with a great working engine. Does this engine fit in other cars ala the Litter and Cylinder numbers are the same? I have a Ford Fusion 2009 that the body is kind of wrecked. So I'm looking for a new body. Does that has to be Ford Fusion or I can go for different ones? The engine is 2.3L/4Cylinders. I looked it up and Mustang and Mazda CX7 and etc have the same numbers.
