You don't adjust slave cylinders or master cylinders.cars or vehicles with drum brakes on the rear have adjusters for the shoe brakes.

Hi slave cylinder have no adjustments. They either work or they don't. So what you need is a new one.

  • My 2000 Ford Ranger 6 Cyl 3.0 L has been overheating. Pretty sure its a radiator problem but odd symptoms? Truck exhaust will puff moderate amount of white smoke (every now n again) on cold startup but will subside after engine warming up.Truck "Was" overheating until i put more coolant in but realised cap was steaming along with coolant reservoir (reservoir was also bubbling). So i bought a new radiator cap. I got a safety cap and after installing I drove a little and engine temp goes to red really fast. What could it be? Thermostat? Water pump? Blown head gasket?
  • Are ford ranger body parts for a 4 cyl and v6 interchangeable? I have a 2004 ford ranger 2.3. I went to a salvage yard to get a hood for my truck since mine was really bent. The guy had one hood left and he said it should work. I put it on my truck but it would not close. I slammed it down and still would not close. The shape looks like it belongs to my truck but it just wouldn't close. All sales are final so i couldn't return the hood. I put the old hood back on and that one closes properly
  • How to adjust throttle/idle on 1983 ford e350? It will start up just fine, but after it worms up it will konk… Konk… Konk out. However, if I slightly keep the accelerator pressed, it stays on just fine. I was thinking about adjusting the throttle or idle or choke. Where is it and how do I do it? If there's a picture somehow, that d be super helpful thanks
  • For a Ford LTD Crown Victoria 1984 5.0 engine, how do you adjust the thermostat? The carburetor is Central Fuel Injection. (It's an electronic ignition.) The thermostat is on the automatic choke control. I will appreciate greatly your technical support. Throtle body carburetor with throttle position sensor. And the thermostat is electric.
