Ford Ranger canopy fit a Dodge Dakota?
Will a 1993 Ford Ranger XLT canopy fit a 1996 Dodge DAKOTA Sport SB?
No.
The Dakota bed is 6&1/2 feet long & a few inches wider too so the topper from the smaller Ranger might actually fit completely inside the Dakotas bed.
Unlikely. The two trucks have different dimensions for the bed length and width.
- Would a long travel suspension kit built for a Ford Ranger Edge/Sport also fit on a Ranger XLT? I found a long travel suspension kit made for a 2002 ranger edge/sport but I have a XLT same year. Would it still fit on and function the same?
- Will a 1993 3.0 Ford Ranger engine fit and work with my 1995 Ford ranger that has a bad motor? My 1995 ford ranger 3.0 5 speed ran hot and cracked the heads and spun a bearing. Will a 3.0 out of a 1993 Ford Ranger fit and work? My concerns are the 1993 has a distributor and my 1995 does not. Are the water pumps and accessories the same?
- Can I fit 31 inch tires on a stock 1998 ford ranger XLT 2wd? I have a stock 1998 ford ranger XLT 2wd at stock hight and currently have have the tire size 225/70R14. I wanted to put 31x10.50R15LT on it. (31 inch tires). Would I have to lift my truck to put that on there or can I ride 31s stock.
- Am i the only one that thinks a 2003 4.0 ford ranger can beat a 1999 5.2 dodge dakota? I mean the ranger weighs alot less and has a 5 speed transmission when i think the dakotas have 4 speed so thats another advantage for ranger… Any one have experience and has actually raced these please fill me in with answers
