Flooding problems with 2000 ford ranger xlt 4x4?

It has the 3.0 flex fuel. It has been running Way too rich. It had through a code for inadequate egr flow and O2 sensor showed lean conditions with no switch. I changed the egr valve and the bank 2 o2 sensor and it cleared the check engine lights… But it still is running way too rich. It is burning ALOT of fuel and is missing at idle and will bog down and loss power on the slightest little incline. What is going on with this thing… Again, now there's no check engine light… Maybe a bad fuel pressure regulator?

I also failed to mention that I inspected all the vacuum lines and found 1 leak and fixed it. There's NO leaks now, or at least none that I have found.

You might have fuel injectors sticking open or injector pulse width is way too long (which would be a computer issue).
