Depends on how the suit is worded. Do you have a lawyer yet?
A creditor is not going to "take your paid for vehicles." They will repo a vehicle only if they hold the title lien on it. Otherwise, they want a judgement.
If you have paid for the cars then they can't no. If it is on a loan you still owe, then yes. Otherwise they can get a judgement, and then garnish your wages.
- Why would Ford take a polygraph test and then be deathly afraid to say who paid for it? Unless she was being like Hillary who paid for the Russian dossier proving she was the one working with the Russian and tampering with the election like she did the primary?
- Wasn't not being able to testify against his wife the key reason Ford's husband backed her lies? Ford, who didn't tell her best friend who she told everything or her husband while they were dating obviously was a twisted drunken loner full of hate and anger
- What Ford vehicles with a 302 motor comes with a 4 barrel carb (and only comes 302 with a 4bc)? I have a 1989 mustang gt motor and I'm making it carbureted and I'm looking for any vehicle with a 302 that carries a 4b. I'm going to a junkyard where they don't help with finding vehicles, so it would be helpful to know what vehicles only have a 302 with a 4bc, that way I can look it up on the website and know exactly where its at.
- Isn't it hard to force the EU to buy our cars? Ford announced they'll stop making regular cars, and they don't want our gas guzzling SUVs? Or huge trucks. That's what part of this trade war is about fyi, our products that they don't even want. Interesting, but 10% vs 2.5% isn't exactly earth shattering on cars. Plus that article's talking about OBAMA'S proposed free trade not Trumps.
