My cars functions stopped working all of sudden?

So I have a 2011 Lincoln MKT 3.7L AWD, and as I was driving back home, the car suddenly stopped working. All electronics, and functions stopped working. The car continued going down in speed. I was lucky I pushed the button to start again and it started. The car was also recently serviced at a Ford dealership. The tank is also full. But what caused the car to turn off like that going 90km/h an hour?

Year: 2011
Make: Lincoln
Model: MKT 3.7L AWD
Mileage: 126100km// 77000 Miles

Check the tightness of the battery terminals. If they are dirty clean them with wire wool and spray with WD40. If it happens again you need to ask a Ford dealer to read the fault codes.

Modern cars switch off the fuel pump when the throttle is closed, if the throttle flap is dirty it never closes fully and too much air gets in, when you press on the accelerator again not enough fuel is available and the engine stalls

Sounds like an electronics glitch. Take the car in immediately, they may recommended an update or replacement of the engine computer.
