My 99 Ford crown Victoria lost power?

I already have a bad LCM because my exterior lights been flickering for 3wks now. But today not only that, but the car's electronics would began to go haywire. The time would go out of wack, then the car gauges began to fluctuate like it wanted to die. So I went home, I switched fuses around, then my interior lights stopped working suddenly. Now I lost almost all of my power. It's not wanting to start at all. I realised that I have a bad connecter towards my alternator but also the car never ran full power since I bought it, so I know I also will need a new voltage regulator. But I'm just confused about my interior lights stopped working…

Ford 'experimented' with a lighter 'sheet metal' battery cable clamp around then that will rust thru & cause intermittent electrical problems. IF your Ford has them, cut them off and replace them with the old fashioned solid lead ones.

It's the car's way of telling you it's ready to die from neglect.

Electrical problems never get better on their own.

You tried to fix something be moving fuses around and made things worse.
STOP proving you are clueless and have the car checked by someone that has a chance of not making things worse.

Those modules are a well known defect in that car. The damaged relays inside the module can be replaced by a competent mechanic, or the whole module replaced ( most costly option). If you switched a bad fuse around I hop you go back in and find where it is and replace is with a good one. There's a lot of unknown trouble you need diagnosed. There goes your weekend and all your beer money for months.
