Should I buy a 2007 Ford Crown Victoria?

I'm thinking of buying this car and putting a push bar and a spotlight, no tinted window or cop signs, and also the car painted all black… Can I do this or not?

Sure. Your car to do with as you please. Push bars are available from e-bay. The spotlight will need some bodywork on the door to get it to close properly. Also, I've seen the partitions that go between the front seat & the back seat on e-bay.
