What does it mean when it says 2004 Ford mustang base for sale?
So I was looking at this article because I want a 4th generation mustang and the title says 04 Ford mustang base for sale? And i feel kinda dumb asking this because i'm a guy but what does it mean when it says base?
There are different option levels for the Mustang. Base is entry level up to the GT.
It means it's probably a V6 since the V6 is the cheapest version
A basic car without a lot of the fancy features.
Hi bas model means exactly what it says no frills no extras like sunroof.
A guy named Wanda? But anyway. It just means that it's the base trim level. You won't get leather, you'll get the base wheels, the most basic radio offered, no traction control, no fog lights, and so on.
The base the lowest price model in the brand lineup. The Mustang lineup for 2004 consisted of (starting with the base model):
1. V6 Coupe
2. Mach 1
3. Convertible
The base model allows 'Stang connoisseurs the opportunity to own a Pony Ride at an affordable price. Hope to welcome you into the Ford Family in the near future.

- What does it mean when it says auto transmission engauges in idle? Well I was looking at an Ford Taurus and under the description it says auto / engauges in idle if anyone knows what that means please inform me
- My warrantied cars Bill of sale says as is, are they pulling a fast one? I just bought a certified per-owned Ford with warranty and financed by Ford. Came home and realized the bill of sale says "as is" and the warranty paper has our signatures but no vehicle info. I have 3 days/300 miles to return it no questions asked. Are they trying to pull a fast one?
- Should I trade my 2014 Nissan Maxima base for a 2011 Ford Mustang Base sports package? It would be a even trade. The Mustang has the Mustang sports package with includes pipes, and a upgraded engine. Any suggestions. I would be trading a 2014 for something that is older, but better. My maxima has a sunroof, and power seats, and the Mustang doesn't.
- How to make my 2004 Ford Mustang V6 3.8 liter loud and mean sounding? I don't really know anything about cars, I just want to have the signature Mustang sound. I have around $100 to spend, I don't want it to sound too loud but still loud. Where can I buy it and where can I go to have it installed? Dumb it down a little bit because I don't really know anything about this stuff haha.
