Car Dealer RESCINDING DEAL?

I bought a new Ford Mustang a month ago. A week later I received a letter from the finance manager, stating their rescinding the deal. I went personally to talk to them and they informed me not to worry. They will fix it. Its been a month and a half already and they told me they are still trying to find a finance to accept the loan agreement. Can I Just Return It? I Put 1K As Downpayment? I'm frustrated.

You've already asked this question several times and the answer is the same

You are beating a dead horse by posting the same question over and over again. You simply failed to be approved for financing for the Mustang, regardless if you have been able to secure financing in the past. Simply return the Ford and pay whatever usage fee they might charge. Done.

You haven't bought a new Mustang, you've been renting it for a month. Time to bite the bullet and return it. Your 1k will go towards the rental charges.

The dealer didn't recind the deal. The lender didn't approve you. You should have NEVER taken delivery of that car. Sure you can' return it, you have to because you never bought it. Without an approved finance contract that car isn't yours. You never bought it. The dealer is just letting you borrow it and they will charge you rent and excessive miles when you finally do bring it back.

Take that car back today and CANCEL the deal. Throw them the keys and walk out. Fight to get your $1000 back but you probably won't get it because of the wear and tear you put on the dealers car.

Its possible but you will not get you $1,000 back.
