2012 Mustang or 1995 Cobra?

I have a V6 2012 mustang with a few after market parts on it. The thing that makes this stand out is its 1 out of 26 lava red V6 coupe mustangs ever made. They are rare/hard to get ahold of and I'm one of the 26 proud owners. (Facts from actual Ford Mustang charts) I have a guy who is ready to trade me his 95 Cobra and below are some of the mods in it:
Built 306 & Pro Charged, 03 Cobra wheels w/ Nitto555's, 90K original miles, full exhaust, cammed, receipts in over 10K, DYNO SHEET SHOWING 530HP at rear wheels, Suspension kit, Aluminum Drive Shaft, MSD, Holley, New centerforced clutch, 12 gallon fuel cell w/ 60# injectors high flow fuel pump and fuel rails.

The Pro is its a fast car that will smoke my 2012 no problem from take offs, and already upgraded.
The Con is its the body I hate, and repairs on parts will get really expensive to fix to keep the speed on the 95 perfect, not to mention it would be one of my daily drivers, but I do love fast daily drivers.

Opinions please?

Keep your Mustang. The other one is worthless to anyone with all the mods. And has had the snot run out of it.

That '95 Cobra sounds like a fun car to drive occasionally and a potential nightmare to drive daily. If you were buying it to be a fun weekend car it might be a great buy. If you're expecting that blown and modified '95 that makes well over twice its stock power to serve as a reliable daily-driver though, you'd probably be a lot better off just keeping your 2012.

No that's a terrible trade… Your want to trade your car for one that's 17 years older and worth probably half as much? And has been beat on beyond reason i'm sure…

Cobra wants to trade down to a V6? Too good to be true… I wouldn't do it unless I was not afraid to accept the cost of maintenance/upkeep and assume the motor and tranny are soon to need work.

It would be one thing if it was a 60's Mustang, hands down I would trade if it was available in good condition and put that car up (My second car is a 97 Camaro which is my other daily driver that would replace mustang) but for the year and body that I hate, it just doesn't seem worth it considering I can put my own mods on the 2012. In the long run mine will be worth a lot jus because of the factory paint job they discontinued making.

If you want it as a daily keep your V6… If you have another car that you can use as a daily then the 95 would be a fun weekend car.

Or it would be PROVIDED you know enough about cars to fix most problems yourself… Cause there's no warranty for a car that old, and any work needing to be done would cost $$$$ if you had to pay someone else to do it.
