Meguiars carpet and upholstery cleaner left spot on seat when removing coffee stain?
My wife spilled coffee on the seat of our 2014 Kia Forte with gray cloth like seats. It's not the velvety like cloth, but that nylon fabric like cloth you see in Fords a lot. It took out the stain, but left a larger one that looks like a permanent damp spot or waterspot looking area when it dried.
I did a test about the size of a quarter in an inconspicuous spot like the instructions said, but the spot wasn't visible enough to pick up until I used it on the stains. Is there any thing I can do to salvage the situation?
Coffee stains are a tough customer. I would have gone to an upholstery shop or detail shop for either advise or to have them do the job. This is a new car. This might be repairable but you need a professional on the subject. Also, no more coffee drinking in the car by the wife unless it is in an sippy cup.

- How do I get my conversion back seat/sofa bed back into seat position if switch stopped working? Is there a way to do it manually? Want to put my Ford Econoline conversion sofa back into seat position but my switched stopped working. I have not tried to do it manually yet. Is it possible though?
- Can an aftermarket air cleaner on a ford focus 03 cause an obd p1440 evaporative system code leak? Looking to buy a for focus 03 hatchback. Owner claims he has been driving on a check engine light for two years that reads p1440. He claims it is because past owner put an aftermarket air cleaner in and can't get rid of code. But p1440 is an evaporative systems leak like your fuel filter or emissions etc. Is this possible. Also would you buy this car if this guy drove two years on that check engine light. Is it really much to do about nothing. He claims car runs great.
